Since rice is a food product, we do not accept returns once the item has been delivered, in order to maintain hygiene and quality standards. However, if you receive a rice bag that is damaged, tampered, or different from what you ordered, we are happy to help with a replacement or store credit.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting our support team via WhatsApp at +91-9000390061 or email at support@helloricebag.com. Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging along with your order ID for verification. Once approved, we’ll either arrange a replacement or issue store credit based on product availability.
Please note that refunds are not issued for change of mind or delayed pickup. Also, cancellations are allowed only within 1 hour of placing an order, as we begin preparing your rice bag quickly to ensure timely delivery. For prepaid order cancellations, any approved refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
