Orders can be placed through our website or via WhatsApp. Once an order is confirmed, you’ll receive a message with pickup or delivery details. It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact details and delivery information. Payments can be made securely using UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, or Cash on Delivery (only in select areas). All orders must be paid in full before dispatch or at the time of pickup. For bulk orders, partial advance payment may be requested.
We offer both home delivery and warehouse pickup. Delivery timelines vary by location, and delays due to unforeseen reasons such as weather or transport issues will be communicated promptly. We do not accept returns on food items for hygiene reasons, but if any rice bag is damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 24 hours for a replacement or store credit.
